Michael is Founder and Principal with Realti Ventures which was created in 2020 and has grown to become a licensed firm in North and South Carolina focused on brokerage, investment, management and consulting for commercial real estate owners. In his +20-year professional career Michael has managed over 2.2 million square feet of commercial property and closed over $100 million in total sales and leasing volume. Michael is licensed in NC, SC and GA, he is a CCIM Designee and a member of the National Association of Realtors and Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors
